Unlike PRP, which uses platelet-rich plasma, MCT Exosomes are smaller, more concentrated vesicles harvested from your own blood using controlled light and temperature conditions inside the MCT device.
There is no dual centrifugation, just one blood draw, followed by PRP isolation and processing through the device. The result is a powerful serum of exosomes that can be applied to the skin or scalp to accelerate regeneration.

The process starts with a simple blood draw. Your blood is then processed to extract PRP, which is fed into the MCT device. The exosomes are harvested using controlled heat and light. Once ready, the exosomes are applied to your skin or scalp, either through microneedling or superficial injections, depending on the area and desired outcome.
Most patients find the treatment very tolerable. You may feel slight pressure or a pricking sensation during the blood draw or microneedling, but any discomfort is minimal and short-lived. A topical numbing cream is applied beforehand to ensure comfort throughout.
